Description
- Manage and support a portfolio of premier Category customer accounts.
- Ensure seamless processing of orders and deliveries (OTP / OTR / OTD).
- Handle pricing calculations for RFQs and contracts.
- Oversee customer forecasts and demand planning.
- Address customer disputes and manage overdue accounts.
- Contribute to inventory, revenue, and arrears target management.
- Maintain accurate customer master data (MDG).
Profile
- Commercial background or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or similar.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B customer service, ideally within industrial or high-value technological environments.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders in an international setting.
- Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
