The Position

As “Customer Service Specialist“, you will manage a variety of Parker Meggitt premier customer accounts to deliver a world class service and support. The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • Management of Aerospace and Energy customer accounts
  • Order & delivery processing and management (OTP / OTR / OTD) .
  • Pricing calculations (RFQ & Contracts)
  • Customer forecast and demand management
  • Customer dispute and overdue’s management
  • Management of inventory, revenue and arrears targets.
  • Customer master data management (MDG)

Your Profile

  • Commercial education orBachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent.
  • 3 years experience in customer account management preferably in an industrial international environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Customer service orientated with outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Sense of priorities, multi-tasking and ability to manage time and deadlines
  • Detail-orientated, reliable and flexible with a good team spirit
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft tools
  • Fluent in both French and English
