Altrajob is looking on behalf of one of its clients, an industrial company located in Guin (FR), for a:

Customer Service Specialist (bilingual French/German) M/F


>>> Your tasks:

• Manage customer orders from A to Z
• Respond to customer requests (FR/DE) and propose suitable solutions
• Handle and follow up on complaints
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production)
• Monitor deliveries and inform customers
• Update data in the ERP system
• Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service

>>> Your profile:

• Commercial or administrative training (CFC or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in customer service or order processing
• Excellent command of French and German (minimum C1)
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Organised, rigorous, autonomous and able to manage priorities
