Customer Service Specialist (FR/DE) - 100%

On behalf of one of our clients located in Guin (FR), we are looking for a bilingual French/German Customer Service Specialist for a long-term temporary assignment.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and ensure quality support throughout the order process.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email in French and German.
Advising customers and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Handling and following up on complaints.
Working closely with sales, logistics, and production teams.
Monitoring delivery times and informing customers of the progress of their orders.
Updating customer data in the ERP system and ensuring its accuracy.
Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Your profile
Commercial or administrative training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in customer service or sales administration.
Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
Good proficiency with common IT tools.
Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and customer focus.
Organised, rigorous, autonomous personality capable of managing priorities.
