Specifically, you will: Your tasks analyze and process customer complaints, provide customer service and support by handling incoming tickets and emails both in writing and over the phone, assist customers to ensure problem resolution and process inquiries, manage, monitor, and optimize activations of mobile and landline connections, support continuous improvement to develop new processes, collaborate internally and with relevant departments as well as externally with our various partners. Your profile shows strong customer orientation and enjoyment in working in a commercial role, ideally in customer service, with written skills in French, Italian, and German; English is a plus.
