On behalf of our client, a long-established Swiss luxury watch brand, we are currently seeking a cheerful individual with experience in handling the current high volume of orders for their existing products.

What you will be doing:
Processing incoming customer enquiries (‘leads’) and making initial contact
Maintaining and entering customer data into the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
Processing and documenting deposit payments using internal tools
Responding to customer enquiries by email using predefined templates
What you should bring:
Experience in the hospitality, customer service or call centre sector (ideally in the luxury sector)
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
A structured, meticulous approach to work and confidence in using digital tools (e.g. CRM systems)
Very good English required; German or French would be an advantage
