Customer Service Agent FRA/GER 100%Swedish group and European leader in promotional textiles, New Wave Group SA is active in the fields of sportswear, promotional and professional clothing, and distributes 12 brands in Switzerland, thirty of which work within its Swiss subsidiary established in Cortaillod (Neuchâtel). You will join the Customer Service team, which is responsible for orders, supporting our sales team, and serving our customers as best as possible. It is composed of 4 people.Customer Service Agent FRA/GER 100%Your mission:- Enter and track customer orders- Answer customer questions by phone and email- Advise customers on the characteristics of our various products and propose solutions adapted to their needs- Resolve customer issues in a professional and proactive manner- Provide effective and rapid solutions to problems encountered by customers- Provide active support to the sales team to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction- Manage merchandise returns, ensuring rapid and compliant resolution according to company policy- Coordinate textile projects and ensure order tracking until deliveryYour skills:- Fluent in French, C1 level in German or vice versa, Italian is an asset- 1 to 2 years of experience in the field desired- Master common tools (Microsoft Office Suite)- Be customer-oriented and concerned with service quality- Knowledge of the textile sector and/or sales is an advantage- Have a dynamic and proactive personality- Possess a good sense of rigor and good priority managementThe position:- Start date: October 1st- Duration: IndefiniteWe offer you:- 6 weeks of vacation, including 1 fixed- Improved social benefits (improved pension fund, an annual credit to buy our clothes, pleasant and family-like work atmosphere)Do you recognize yourself in this advertisement?
