To position itself as a key player in the energy transition focused on services and energy efficiency with a strong customer orientation, SEVJ is looking for a Customer Advisor 80%.Your mission:Within the Customer Service sector, you ensure professional reception, both in person and by telephone, for our customers, visitors, and partners, in order to guarantee a fluid customer experience. You are the first point of contact and often the first image of the company.In detail:- Welcome customers, visitors, and partners at the reception desk as well as by telephone.- Identify the request and the relevant area to ensure the first level of service (non-expert).- Qualify, process, or direct calls to a competent contact person.- Ensure reliable message taking and their transmission within deadlines.- Propose service offers when necessary.- Guarantee the traceability of exchanges in the CRM (tickets, agenda).- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sector thanks to field feedback.- Apply confidentiality and security rules (access control).- Manage complex or conflictual situations with professionalism, both in person and by telephone.Required profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification.- Confirmed experience in a similar position.- Good knowledge of the multimedia sector or the energy field, an asset.- Business software: Microsoft Suite and specifically Teams, ISE, Odoo, an asset.- Excellent knowledge of French (English is a plus).- Sense of hospitality, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Team spirit, customer-oriented, and good ability to listen.We offer:- A position with exciting challenges to take on.- Actively contribute to the development of the Customer Service sector.- Join a dynamic team.- The opportunity to join a human-sized company, leader in rapidly developing sectors.- To work in a region offering first-class infrastructure, rich in sports and cultural activities, and close to the border with strong industrial development. jid8fb9e29aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
