To strengthen and complete our team, we wish to hire for our distribution center, located in Villeneuve VD, a customer service representative at 100%.Start date: As soon as possibleYour future activity:- Ensure the processes of our customer service- Processing of telephone & written orders (in French and German)- Processing of incoming/outgoing calls (customers or others)- Processing of special orders (promotions, OPPO, etc.)- Processing of emails- Management of customer invoices- Management of customer inquiries- Various tasks in logistics and administration- Coordination with our Swiss carrier regarding delivery plans for public holidaysYour profile:- CFC in a commercial branch or sales with experience in a customer service department (2 to 3 years)- Language: Mastery of Swiss German is required and German (level B2)- Organized, autonomous person, ease in communication- Comfortable with common tools (Office)We offer you an interesting position with responsibilities in a quality professional environment.
