YOUR TASKS

• You process customer enquiries and orders received by phone or in writing
• You prepare quotations and tenders
• You offer suitable solutions for our customers’ projects and advise them competently
• You coordinate the projects together with our field staff and technicians
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department

YOUR PROFILE

• You have training in the HVAC field and solid professional experience in this area
• You have a confident manner and very good French language skills, both spoken and written
• You have experience in customer service
• You are characterised by your technical knowledge and your ability to communicate it clearly
• You are proficient with common IT tools
• You work independently, in a structured way and value teamwork
• You keep an overview even in stressful situations and are used to working in a demanding environment
