Customer Service Representative FR/ALL (M/F) – 100%
Your main tasks
- Complete management of customer orders: recording, checking and follow-up
- Preparation, sending and follow-up of commercial offers
- Handling telephone calls and emails
- Correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Management of purchases and supplier returns
- Follow-up of backorders
- Creation and updating of customers, items and kits in our ERP system
- Coordination between orders, deliveries and invoicing
- Participation in various administrative projects of the department
- Compliance with quality procedures and internal processes
Profile sought
Mandatory criteria
- Swiss C permit minimum
- Driving licence required
- Residence in Switzerland, ideally between Lausanne and Geneva
- Excellent command of French and Swiss German, both spoken and written
- On-site presence mandatory (no remote work possible)
- Proven experience in an administrative, commercial or Customer Service position

Working hours
- Monday to Friday
Alternating hours every other week:
- Week 1: 07:30 – 16:30 (1 hour break)
- Week 2: 08:15 – 17:15 (1 hour break)
