Customer Service Representative FR/ALL (M/F) – 100%



Your main tasks

  • Complete management of customer orders: recording, checking and follow-up
  • Preparation, sending and follow-up of commercial offers
  • Handling telephone calls and emails
  • Correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Management of purchases and supplier returns
  • Follow-up of backorders
  • Creation and updating of customers, items and kits in our ERP system
  • Coordination between orders, deliveries and invoicing
  • Participation in various administrative projects of the department
  • Compliance with quality procedures and internal processes

Profile sought

Mandatory criteria

  • Swiss C permit minimum
  • Driving licence required
  • Residence in Switzerland, ideally between Lausanne and Geneva
  • Excellent command of French and Swiss German, both spoken and written
  • On-site presence mandatory (no remote work possible)
  • Proven experience in an administrative, commercial or Customer Service position

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday

Alternating hours every other week:

  • Week 1: 07:30 – 16:30 (1 hour break)
  • Week 2: 08:15 – 17:15 (1 hour break)
