VZ Depository Bank is experiencing strong growth, and we are constantly looking for committed individuals with solid skills in the Client Service Center.What you will do- Join our client support team and become a specialist in our e-banking VZ Financial Portal.- Support our clients by phone with questions regarding the VZ Financial Portal.- Advise our private clients by phone on the functions of the VZ Financial Portal (banking, savings, investments, and retirement planning) and provide information on our services.- Identify potential opportunities and arrange appointments for our internal consultants.- Provide support to French-speaking client consultants regarding all VZ services and the VZ Financial Portal.- Collaborate with our departments at the VZ Depository Bank headquarters.- Constantly develop your knowledge to provide information on all services offered, particularly in the banking sector.- In addition to your daily tasks, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of VZ Depository Bank by participating in projects.What you bring- A commercial education and initial experience in the banking sector.- Possibly, you are pursuing in-service training at a university of applied sciences.- A professional demeanor and enjoyment of daily contact with French-speaking clients.- A sufficiently solid command of German to communicate internally with specialized departments.- A willingness to travel occasionally to Zurich or Zug to maintain personal contact with other specialized departments.- An interest in digital technologies and finance in general.What we offer- You will take advanced training courses at the VZ Bank Academy to deepen your banking knowledge.- We provide individual support and promote your professional development through continuous external training, for example at a university of applied sciences or a specialized institution leading to a federal diploma.- In a company experiencing strong growth, many doors are open to you.
