Internal Customer Service Representative (Fixed-term contract)Regent Suisse SA, headquartered in Basel, currently employs approximately 600 people in six countries. The Mont-sur-Lausanne branch is looking for an Internal Customer Service Representative (Fixed-term contract) to start immediately or by arrangement.As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a representative for our Customer Service department. This key position contributes to the smooth daily operation of our sales activities and the maintenance of a high level of service.Main tasks:- Ensure the reception of visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts; manage telephone calls from the switchboard and process emails from the general inbox.- Order management: enter and follow up on customer orders in coordination with production and technical teams.- Take charge of customer requests and ensure their efficient processing.- Update and maintain databases.- Collaborate with the accounting department in the management of debtors.- Actively participate in team life, work meetings, and provide support on general and specific tasks as needed.- Management of our showroom.Profile:- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or a technical CFC (electrician or equivalent).- You have confirmed experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position.- You have a perfect command of French, both oral and written, and you have good knowledge of English and/or German.- Comfortable with standard tools, you have ideally already worked with an ERP system.- You have a good sense of numbers and rigor in tracking orders or managing debtors.- You are organized, structured, and know how to manage multiple priorities calmly.- You demonstrate an excellent sense of customer service, clear communication, and a good team spirit.We offer:- A pleasant and modern working environment within an innovative and constantly evolving company.- A family environment that values the balance between professional and private life.- A strong corporate culture, combining living tradition, high quality standards, and recognized expertise. jidcee17c3aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
