Customer Service AdvisorPosition based in Lausanne (with several months in our Geneva offices)Your main missions:- Welcome and assist clients in the branch or by phone/email regarding our online services;- Identify client needs and guide them towards adapted solutions;- Process requests by providing a quick and appropriate solution;- Build client loyalty by providing optimal service quality;- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team;- Update client files;- Work closely with our partners, as well as with all departments.Profile we are looking for:- You have good aptitude demonstrated by relevant commercial experience;- Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service;- You possess an excellent team spirit and know how to work autonomously;- You are familiar with the Swiss or cross-border retail banking market;- You have a great sense of rigor, are responsive and organized;- You are proficient in the Office suite tools;- You speak French and Italian fluently (German will be a serious advantage);- Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus. jid4aad4d5aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
