As a member of this department, you support our policyholders in all their procedures and actively participate in the relationship of trust that we build with them. As the first point of contact, you listen to them and provide concrete solutions.What you do on a daily basis- You are the first contact for our clients, whether by phone or in writing.- You respond to their requests by providing a clear, reassuring, and personalized answer.- You inspire trust and are always keen to propose solutions adapted to the needs of our clients.- You ensure the follow-up of files and ensure the proper management of insurance policies, with precision and rigor.What you bring to the team- You already have experience in the field of customer relations, preferably within an insurance company in Switzerland, and you appreciate dynamic environments.- You enjoy telephone contact and establishing a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.- You accomplish your missions with autonomy and always in compliance with the rules.- With your colleagues, you possess a sense of listening and dialogue, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, as well as a strong team spirit and willingness to help.
