Your future role:

Ensure the processes of our customer service

• Processing telephone & written orders (in French and German)
• Handling incoming/outgoing calls (customers or others)
• Processing special orders (promotions, OPPO, etc.)
• Handling complaints
• Managing emails
• Managing customer invoices
• Providing information to customers
• Various tasks related to logistics and sales
• Coordination with our carrier from German-speaking Switzerland
• Communicating delivery schedules for public holidays

Your profile:

• Federal VET diploma in a commercial or sales field with experience in a customer service department (2 to 3 years)
• Language: Proficiency in Swiss German (mandatory/fluent) and German (level B2) is required
• Organised, autonomous person with good communication skills
• Comfortable with common IT tools (Office)
