To strengthen our French-speaking after-sales service team, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 80% / 100% (m/f/x) Your missions Assistance to our customers and our technicians during assembly, maintenance, and servicing of GIPO machines as well as some third-party products Telephone assistance for troubleshooting and resolving issues on mechanical and hydraulic control systems, and maintenance work on drive systems equipped with diesel and electric motors Assistance during the commissioning of our machines If necessary, direct assistance to customers on sites Processing spare parts orders by phone and in writing What you bring A completed professional qualification in the mechanical or electromechanical field (e.g., poly-mechanic, construction or agricultural machinery mechanic, technician or equivalent) Knowledge of mechanics as well as experience with electrical controls Experience in combustion engines and electric motors Independence, reliability, and problem-solving mindset Ability to assert oneself as well as teamwork and flexibility Basic knowledge of current systems Knowledge of languages, German, English or another is a plus Here’s what we offer You an exciting, varied, and responsible position A pleasant and friendly working environment Above-average employment conditions Possibility of remote work Opportunities for development and targeted training Romandy branch, Payerne Does this interest you?
