As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving and ensuring the quality of facility management (FM) services for the sub-portfolio that will be assigned to you in accordance with your role as regional manager.Your tasks:- Manage real estate management as well as the various services on site (services, data related to properties, surfaces / occupants)- Represent the interests of the client / ensure the link between the principal and the stakeholders- Guarantee a high level of quality in the buildings, implement corrective measures if necessary- Global and fiduciary management of the real estate portfolio in the interest of the client- Be the figurehead of the service offer and the primary contact for clients and other stakeholders- Be the contact person for all client requests regarding moves, furniture, and equipment- Plan and validate projects and moves- Improve/optimize the surface offer- Be the contact person for building technologyYour profile:- Degree in the field of hospitality, real estate management, facility management, or building technology- Confirmed professional experience in the fields of real estate, facility management, hospitality, management, and/or in a related field such as building technology- Driver's license- Ability to manage unforeseen events with calm- Service orientation, contact skills, and active listening ability- Attention to detail: ability to pay attention to the smallest details in order to guarantee high quality and service standards- Ease in tracking tasks and managing multiple files simultaneously- Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level)- Good oral and written communication skills in German and/or English (minimum B1 level)Ready for us?
