Your missions
Attached to the customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer support: Handling requests by phone, email, and other channels in French and German.
- File management: Ensuring the rigorous updating and monitoring of client files.
- Technical configuration: Setting up the eEAT software according to the specific needs of each client and HACCP standards.
- Internal collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure quick and relevant responses.
- Continuous improvement: Actively contributing to service optimisation and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative follow-up: Processing reminders for unpaid invoices.
Your profile
- Education: Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: A first successful experience in customer relations is required.
Languages
- French: C2 (excellent oral and written expression)
- Swiss German: Native language (excellent oral and written expression)
- German: Fluent
