To complete our team within the Animal Insurance Division, we are looking for a Customer Service and Underwriting Manager

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Handle incoming letters and emails
• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Inform our clients about their contracts and reimbursements
• Advise our prospects on our product range (dog and cat insurance)
• Support Vaudoise agencies in handling complex requests

What makes you unique:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Natural ease on the phone and sense of contact, strong interest in customer relations
• Bilingual in French and German or Italian
• Proficient in common IT tools (Outlook, Word)
• Interest in the animal world (dogs and cats)
• Strong team spirit
• AFA certification (Non-Life) a plus
