After-Sales Service Advisor (100%)Our group currently manages 3 garages and a body shop, located in Les Acacias and Le Grand-Pré, where we offer the Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, and Morgan brands, as well as after-sales services, spare parts stores, and original accessories. As a family-owned and independent company, we are growing thanks to the skills and commitment of our hundred employees and by remaining faithful to our values. To support the development of our activities, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Advisor (100%).Main activities:- Welcome, advise, and accompany a demanding clientele with professionalism.- Identify customer needs, then plan and coordinate interventions while respecting schedule constraints.- Establish and explain quotes, invoices, and documents related to after-sales service.- Ensure personalized follow-up of customer files until the vehicle is returned.- Manage and resolve complaints with efficiency and a solution-oriented approach.- Actively promote additional services, maintenance packages, and personalized offers.- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a level of service consistent with luxury brand standards.Profile:- Technical or commercial training (CFC or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in the premium/luxury segment.- Mastery of French and English, C1 minimum.- Ease in communication and a keen sense of customer service.- Ability to manage multiple files in parallel with rigor and mastery of business-related tools and software.- Impeccable, professional, and solution-oriented presentation.- Flexibility, proactivity, and a strong ability to work in a team.Start date: To be agreed upon.Only complete applications (CV, Cover Letter) posted on the platform will be considered. jidb054a9eaen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
