Description
Position based in Lausanne (with training at our premises in Geneva for several months)
Your main tasks:
- Welcome and assist customers in branch or by phone/email in using our online services;
- Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate solutions;
- Handle complaints by providing a quick and appropriate solution;
- Build customer loyalty by providing optimal service quality;
- Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team;
- Update customer files;
- Work closely with our partners, as well as with all bank employees.
What we are looking for:
- You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful commercial experience;
- Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service;
- You have an excellent team spirit and know how to work independently;
- You are familiar with the Swiss retail banking market or cross-border market;
- You have a strong sense of rigour, are responsive and organised;
- You are proficient with Office suite tools;
- You speak fluent French and Italian (German is a significant advantage);
- Knowledge of Finnova software will be a plus.
