Position based in Lausanne (with training at our premises in Geneva for several months)

Your main tasks:

  • Welcome and assist customers in branch or by phone/email in using our online services;
  • Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate solutions;
  • Handle complaints by providing a quick and appropriate solution;
  • Build customer loyalty by providing optimal service quality;
  • Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team;
  • Update customer files;
  • Work closely with our partners, as well as with all bank employees.

What we are looking for:

  • You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful commercial experience;
  • Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service;
  • You have an excellent team spirit and know how to work independently;
  • You are familiar with the Swiss retail banking market or cross-border market;
  • You have a strong sense of rigour, are responsive and organised;
  • You are proficient with Office suite tools;
  • You speak fluent French and Italian (German is a significant advantage);
  • Knowledge of Finnova software will be a plus.
