Garage Grin SA, a family-owned company founded in Lavigny (VD), is a key player in the automotive sector in the region. With around twenty employees, we combine tradition, technical expertise, and modernity to provide quality after-sales service to our clients. We are currently in the process of streamlining our operations, and we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for after-sales. In charge of receiving our after-sales customers and managing their mobility, your main tasks are as follows:- Follow-up on warranty claims- Greet the customers- Ensure a quality experience and clarity in service orders and quotes- Schedule appointments for after-sales serviceYour profile:- Holder of a vocational degree (CFC)- Positive and customer-oriented attitude - Previous similar experience would be a plus- Knowledge of the Citroën brand is desirable Personality:As a family business, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a good capacity to work as part of a team, along with a willingness to engage for the team's success.
