This X model enables the design and production of actuators and electric motors at two sites located in bordering areas (Departments 25, 90, and 68). To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for their: Quality Client Engineer / Quality Business Unit Engineer M/F. As the primary contact for clients regarding all quality aspects, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring the quality performance of our products, in accordance with sector standards. You will simultaneously work on several projects, each potentially at a different phase. Therefore, in project phase, your main missions will be as follows: Contribute to the development and quality of products (APQP reviews, quality deliverables, PPAP). Be the main point of contact for clients during the product/process phases and secure the passage to series production. Once the product is in series production, you will: Be the preferred quality contact for clients and manage subjects in series production. Oversee quality performance (PPM, NCE/NCI, KPI) and animate daily routines (QRQC). Handle non-conformities and issues (8D) and monitor action plans. Reduce the costs of non-quality and maintain quality standards/tools. Prepare and oversee audits (clients, VDA, internal). With a higher-level qualification in quality management (or equivalent), you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with clients, ideally in the automotive sector, and are comfortable managing crises in demanding environments. You are the preferred contact for clients (suppliers, OEMs, manufacturers). You master ISO standards and core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, FMEA, QRQC). You use English daily; German is a plus. With a strong analytical and synthetic mindset, you work meticulously, anticipate, and know how to act across departments. Communicative and pedagogical, you know how to persuade, unite, and stay on course under pressure, with a strong sense of assertiveness. You build solutions and action plans logically.
