Are you interested in responding to customer enquiries, advising customers by telephone, e-mail and chat, and ensuring a high level of service quality? Our Customer Centre is looking for a Customer Advisor!



Customer Centre Advisor, 80-100%, Sion



What does this mean in practice?

  • You systematically identify customers, provide information, communicate the terms and details of various products and services, and utilise the sales potential.
  • You pass on information necessary for updating IT data regarding customer service and market management.
  • You advise by telephone on basic products/services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and provide initial information on other banking products.
  • You accompany and support our customers with our digital products, thereby creating added value for their customer experience.
  • You schedule appointments with our advisors.

Do you like challenges?

This position is made for you if …

  • You have a commercial education (EFZ, MPC, ESC, Maturity Type E).
  • You have experience in a Customer Centre and excellent knowledge of office communication tools.
  • You communicate efficiently in German and French. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • You are a pragmatic and disciplined person who makes constructive improvement suggestions and is adept at telephone contact.
  • You value teamwork and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues.
