For our client, based in Geneva, we are actively looking for a Customer Care Officer at 100%.Your mission:- Manage customer orders from end to end until shipment- Be the primary contact for customers and build a relationship of trust- Respond to requests, process inquiries, and resolve problems efficiently- Manage order tracking, customer returns, and disputes- Collaborate daily with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams and adapt the communication method according to urgency- Participate in demand planning meetings- Identify areas for improvement and participate in projects to enhance the customer experience and internal processes- Maintain accurate customer data (conditions, specific requirements)- Prepare credit/debit notes and process non-conformities- Ensure follow-up of customer forecasts and collaborate with the sales teamProfile:- University degree- Experience: 3 years minimum in a similar function (customer service/client service)- Languages: French + English (C1)- Good command of SAP- Excellent customer focus- Organizational skills and priority management- Ease of communication and analytical and problem-solving skills- Management of complex situations and conflicts- Business acumen and understanding of logistics processesIf you are interested and match the profile sought, please return to me with your complete application file (CV, work certificates, and diplomas) as soon as possible! jid9309901aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
