MissionYou will join our customer advisory team and in this capacity you will advise businesses, independents, and affiliates on issues related to professional protection. Located in Neuchâtel, you will be at the CIEPP headquarters in Geneva and will be required to engage with FER Neuchâtel and FER Arc.Main tasks:You will be responsible for developing and following up the network of prospects and acquiring a clientele of businesses and independents; You will ensure specific support for independents; You will ensure personalized advice and help choose appropriate plans that correspond to client profiles; You will create client follow-up plans to maintain relationships with businesses and retain clients; You will actively participate in promoting the CIEPP by proposing telephone or face-to-face appointments with clients to present our profile.You have a background in sales in the insurance sector; You hold the federal certificate in social insurance, LPP insurance, or a diploma as a financial advisor or in professional protection; You have a perfect command of French both orally and in writing; You have good knowledge of English and/or German; You are Swiss or hold a work permit.Skills and competencies:You have a thorough understanding of the professional protection market in Switzerland; You listen to your clients and have good interpersonal skills; You possess a great sense of professional ethics; You have a spirit of service.Offer:The opportunity to join a team of experts within one of the largest professional protection institutions in Switzerland with strong values; Continuous training to support your career; Competitive benefits, including social benefits.
