In the competence centre of our Contact Center, we commit with heart, expertise and a clear goal for our members: to support them daily with excellent customer service – made possible by our dedicated team.

As a person comfortable with languages and holding the federal insurance intermediary certificate (VBV), you bring your advisory skills to a strong and recognised club throughout Switzerland – becoming the voice of more than 1.6 million members. Starting date to be agreed.

Your challenges

  • Telephone and written advice to our members – from offer to conclusion – with comprehensive support across the entire TCS product range, with a focus on insurance products

  • Processing qualified leads from internal services

  • Active sales and advice on our highly appreciated TCS vehicle insurances from 2027

  • Developing sustainable relationships with members

What you bring

  • Insurance intermediary certification AFA (VBV) or partial AFA (VBV) certification in non-life insurance

  • Fluency in French and German, written and spoken (level C2) – other languages are an asset

  • Enjoyment in advising and selling, with a focus on members’ and customers’ needs

  • Experience in telephone and/or written customer contact

  • Solution-oriented and structured working method

  • Determined, conscientious, communicative and open
