Job Descriptionfor a long-term temporary assignment
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from customers
- Advising and redirecting customers to the company’s products
- Reviewing each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution
- Writing correspondence
- Ensuring a high quality service
- You have a commercial training background
- You have experience in the Swiss banking sector and/or a Swiss call centre
- You have an excellent command of French (C2-C1 level), good knowledge of German or Italian (B2-C1 level); all three national languages would be a huge advantage!
- You are comfortable with common IT tools
- You have a strong customer orientation and good initiative
- A criminal record extract and debt enforcement register extract will be required for this assignment
