Job descriptionDescription of the positionThis position is offered as a replacement for an employee on leave. As a professional, your main mission is to protect the interests of adults and their assets when they are in difficulty and need help. You manage people for whom you have the mandate in order to cover their basic needs. You assert their rights while taking into account their wishes and their capacities. You make decisions for beneficiaries and organize the necessary measures for protection and assistance in the areas of housing, health, and legal affairs. Indeed, we encourage flexibility to better reconcile professional life and private life.- For any further information, you can contact the group leader.Profile- HES degree or 3 years of professional experience related to the missions of the service or experience in supporting vulnerable adults.- Complementary training related to the fields of health, addiction, law, budget management, and social insurance are welcome.- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and financial management.- Autonomy, resistance to stress, sense of responsibility, and priorities.- Open-mindedness, listening skills, flexibility, great capacity for analysis and synthesis.- A clean criminal record as well as an extract from the Office of Prosecutions is required for this position.Who are we?The Service for Curatorship and Professional Guardianship (SCTP) has the mission of executing adult and child protection measures pronounced by the Justices of the Peace in favor of people in situations of vulnerability, when the latter need social, legal, financial, and complex supervision and which cannot thus be assumed by private individuals.
