La Comédie de Genève is a theater whose role is to highlight the French-speaking Swiss scene and works from major European stages. As a true production tool with several spaces dedicated to contemporary creation and at the service of artists, La Comédie de Genève offers a multidisciplinary program valuing creation from here and elsewhere. In this context, the Cultural Actions sector is looking, as a replacement following a departure, for a Cultural Actions Officer at 80% - School and Youth Liaison.Missions and Responsibilities- Assume the role of theater ambassador with the main missions of providing access to art, providing access to speech, and enabling community building by designing and implementing cultural action projects, mainly intended for schools and youth but also for social institutions.- Carry the vision of the institution to institutional, educational, and cultural partners by working with varied audiences.- Create and propose activities around shows, taking into account the specificities of the audiences welcomed.- Be a source of proposals by participating in prospecting and developing new partnerships thanks to your network in the field of youth, the social field, education, and culture.- Ensure the coordination and monitoring of projects and be a source of proposals concerning the development of the Pont des Arts.Required Skills and Qualifications- You hold a Bachelor's degree in the artistic field, educational sciences, social work, or a title deemed equivalent.- You have one or more experiences in the field of mediation in the cultural environment as well as in project management.- You know the French-speaking landscape related to youth and the school system.- You know how to communicate and exchange with all audiences, without exception.- You are organized and proactive, while having very good interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.- You know how to adapt, are solution-oriented, and appreciate working in multidisciplinary teams while knowing how to manage stress and unforeseen events.- Working hours are regular, but you will be required to work with hours linked to the life of a theater, that is to say, in the evening, on weekends, and on public holidays.- While technical skills and experience are essential for this position, La Comédie de Genève attaches importance to human skills and respect for the values of hospitality and open-mindedness.Employment Conditions Offered by La Comédie- Type of contract: Indefinite duration- Activity rate: 80%- Start date: August (interviews scheduled between June and July)- Salary conditions: Salary policy in force and numerous social benefits- La Comédie is an employer that offers a work environment in which everyone is treated with respect and dignity, in an inclusive manner: we welcome applications from people regardless of their gender, origin, age, disability status, or other.Application File- We thank you for sending your complete application file (cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas, or any other supporting document) only via the recruitment platform.- Deadline: May 14 jid851810eaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
