Thanks to our global reach combined with a personalized approach, we effectively support professionals and companies in achieving their goals.We are looking for an experienced CSIRT Analyst to join a Cyberdefense team within a large financial institution based in Geneva. This mission, with an initial duration of one year (renewable), aims to strengthen cyber incident response capabilities within a highly sensitive and regulated environment.Your responsibilitiesIn this key role within the CSIRT, you will be required to:- Ensure CSIRT activities: detection, analysis, and handling of security incidents.- Lead cyber crisis cells: coordination of the emergency plan, multi-team management.- Produce technical and executive reports for the communication of complex issues and document the actions taken.- Perform Threat Intelligence monitoring, including the analysis of attacker techniques (MITRE ATT&CK) and contribution to vulnerability management and risk management.- Contribute to continuous improvement: CSIRT playbooks, feedback, best practices.- Participate in table-top exercises and internal/external audits.- 100% on-site due to the sensitivity of the activities (no remote work).Required skills:Professional skills- Confirmed experience in cyber incident management and incident response (CSIRT/SOC).- Expertise in security monitoring (logs, suspicious activities, attack chain).- Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework (FINMA, FADP) is a plus, or mastery of DLP solutions is a plus.Technical skills- Mastery of SIEM / EDR / XDR solutions.- Very good skill in log analysis.- Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).- Scripting: Python, Bash, notions in malware analysis and forensic, interest in pentest.- Ability to coordinate technical and business teams.- Ease in communication and pedagogy.- Resistance to stress and aptitude for decision-making in critical situations.- Leadership in crisis cells, team spirit, and sense of service.Education & experience- Master (or equivalent) in cybersecurity / IT.- 5+ years of experience in incident response.- Appreciated certifications: OSCP, CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, CHFI, CEH, ISO 27001, SANS FOR508.Languages- French & English: professional level required.Why join us?- Project within a large financial institution.- High-level cyber environment, exposed to complex challenges.- Dynamic team, in continuous evolution, with a strong security culture. jid68341fcaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
