Beschreibung
You support construction management on data center building projects, coordinating civil, structural and architectural works on site in the Zurich region.
Tasks
- Support the Construction Manager in planning, coordination and execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural works
- Monitor construction readiness: drawings, technical submittals, materials, permits, access and subcontractor resources
- Coordinate with Design, BIM, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics and MEP teams on critical CSA-to-MEP interfaces
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and productivity, support inspections, snagging and NCR management
- Review drawings and technical documentation, manage RFIs and maintain progress records and as-built documentation
Profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline
- 3-6+ years of experience in site engineering or construction delivery on complex building projects
- Understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing and site coordination
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and BIM models
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces
- Knowledge of construction quality processes: RFIs, technical submittals, ITPs, NCRs, inspections, handover
- Fluent English communication skills
