Then, nice to meet you!For our Lausanne branch, we are looking for a: CRM Parameter (f/m)Your challenges:- Analyze business requirements in the areas of Clients & Market and Customer Service- Assist in drafting functional specifications based on business and technical requirements- Develop, configure, and customize our CRM tool BSI (entities, forms, workflows, plug-ins, etc.)- Estimate the workload necessary for BSI CRM X CX parameterization of Marketing and Sales campaigns based on business needs- Create integrations between CRM X and other systems (ERP, third-party tools) via APIs and web services- Document processes according to Assura standards- Define test cases aimed at verifying the quality of the configuration performed- Contribute to the production deployment of new services and the maintenance and support of second and third-level defects in his/her area of responsibility- Ensure compliance with security policy and compliance for his/her domain- Monitor the developments of BSI and its modules in collaboration with the talent communityYou have a university degree or higher (UNI, ETH, HES, or an equivalent qualification)You have at least 3 years of experience in configuring a CRM tool (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Hubspot), with experience in insurance or regulated by FINMA.Knowledge of integrations via web services (REST, SOAP)Understanding of sales business processes and customer relationship managementYou are perfectly comfortable with tools for gathering business requirements (Business Analysis) as well as with process mappingYou demonstrate autonomy and flexibilityYou are results-oriented and ready to invest yourselfYou possess a solid understanding of the digital world and a great open-mindednessVery good communication skills and a strong team spirit, you promote collaborative work and have a developed sense of listeningYou are organized, have a great attention to detail, and possess a confirmed global perspectiveYou are fluent in French and have good knowledge of EnglishYou have a quick ability to adapt to new advantages40-hour work week (100%)Minimum 5 weeks of vacationPossibility of monthly contributions to transportation costs if public transport subscription is provided, alongside significant discounts on health insuranceWelcome internal entry: Immediately or as agreedWork rate: 100%Work location: LausanneType of contract: Indeterminate jid26bfa5caen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
