As Credit Office Manager, you play a key role in analyzing, controlling, and approving/rejecting credit applications within your competencies. You are the technical point of reference for customer advisors and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include:- Serving as a partner to customer advisors in accordance with bank regulations.- Identifying risks and being able to explain/represent them to customer advisors and, if necessary, proposing solutions.- Monitoring credit follow-up (CVI, conditions, IRB data quality) and ensuring key controls.- Training and raising awareness among Front and Back teams on additional requirements.- Managing and supporting a team, fostering skill development and a comprehensive banking dynamic.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis.- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, autonomy, and rigor.- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.- Experience in team management.We work in a friendly environment where values are our pillars: together, supporting one another.
