The Justice of the Peace of the Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut district, which employs nearly 30 people, is looking for a clerk.Responsibilities- Assist the judges of the Justice of the Peace during hearings.- Analyze files, carry out all useful research, particularly legal, to prepare for the hearing and the activity of the court.- Update hearing minutes and establish drafts of judicial decisions by drafting the facts and ensuring that all legal arguments are addressed (based on notes or instructions).- Carry out corrections made by the judge in charge of the file and ensure the quality of the original decision as well as its notification.- Participate in file management (mail, telephone, etc.) and carry out research.- You will find more information in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions?
