We also offer a varied range of services for highly qualified professionals.Main tasks- You manage the logistics of continuing education courses, seminars, and events in French-speaking Switzerland in direct support of the program manager.- You ensure follow-up with participants and speakers, process registrations and administrative requests, and manage customer data in the CRM system.- You process invoices, monitor budgets, and ensure the logistics of events, including rooms, catering, and technical infrastructure.- Thanks to your presence on-site during courses and events, you guarantee their smooth running and actively contribute to the development and optimization of the processes and offers you manage.Your profile- Commercial basic training or equivalent- Experience in the administrative field, ideally in continuing education or event management- Very good organizational skills, structured and autonomous working method- Keen sense of customer service- Very good command of MS Office and digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams); experience with a CRM is an asset- Excellent written and oral knowledge of French- Very good written and oral knowledge of German (minimum B2 level)- Committed, reliable personality with a team spiritWhat we offer- Prepare to perform a varied function in the field of continuing education.
