Foreman - MeteringThe Metering unit is responsible for ensuring the supply, management, and maintenance of metering devices (calibration, installation, removal, troubleshooting), as well as the processing of consumption data and load curves on the Geneva electricity network for SIG customers, suppliers, and producers connected to the SIG service area, providing energy in the service of a sustainable Geneva.Do you wish to contribute to this mission? You will be in charge of:- Qualifying files to verify their consistency and accuracy before transmission to teams for execution;- Organizing and controlling equipment installation processes to ensure transversal management of the group's activities;- Controlling, drafting, validating, and transmitting documents (intervention requests by third parties, cylinder installation, etc.), in order to establish the customer technical sheet necessary for its registration in SAP;- Mastering safety standards and accompanying teams in their daily work;- Monitoring the performance of direct reports and determining their objectives.Your personality and skills:- Master common office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) as well as SAP EKF;- Knowledge of SAP and Elektroform software;- Very good knowledge of electrical installations and good knowledge of low voltage;- Sense of responsibility;- Great autonomy and optimal management of priorities in the exercise of the function;- Capable of adaptation and flexibility in the face of change;- You possess qualities allowing you to lead a team and to apprehend situations of stress and conflict.Academic background:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as an electrician and more than 5 years of experience in the field of activity.- A first experience in personnel management would be a strong asset.- Continuing education in the electrical field would be an asset.SIG is participating in the change!SIG is a local public company serving the population, businesses, and public authorities of Geneva.
