Penitentiary Service (SPNE) - Detention FacilityDetention Officer - Kitchen Master (CDM until September 30)Penitentiary Service (SPNE) - La Promenade Detention Facility (EDPR)A closed detention facility with a high security level, the EDPR specializes in emergency reception, pre-trial detention, behavioral development research, and short-term detention. It also focuses on intervention in complex situations or those involving behavioral disorders.MissionsAs a detention officer - kitchen master, you manage a professional kitchen and actively participate in meal production, in compliance with quality standards and current hygiene and safety regulations. Procurement, inventory, supplier monitoring, and adherence to the allocated budget are also part of your daily tasks. You provide and complete the training of detainees assigned to the kitchen, accompany them in acquiring professional skills, and evaluate them throughout this process. This support is provided in compliance with current regulations and security measures to promote their social development and reintegration.Responsible for organizing work and distributing tasks and monitoring, you also manage the hourly records of employed persons for their remuneration. Finally, you carry out all your missions through networking with various internal partners. Depending on the entity's needs, working hours may be irregular (night and weekend shifts), and you may be required to work in the detention sector.ProfileHolder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent title, you are at least 25 years old and have experience in the field of catering. Endowed with a good team spirit and professional distance, you demonstrate openness, listening skills, and discernment, including during conflicts. Your authority allows you to enforce rules while embodying a model of exemplary behavior.You have a good command of the French language and standard tools.
