Monac is part of the Regional Work & Training Center based in and is strengthening its team and is looking for:- %Your missionsAs a you will be responsible for:- Supervising 8 to 10 beneficiaries in professional integration within the Marketing and Sales departments- Ensuring the management and proper functioning of these sectors- Developing and leading training sessions in the field of the sector- Contributing to the development of the institutional communication plan and implementing itYour profileYou demonstrate a keen interest in the field of, particularly in a context of professional integration, and possess excellent skills. You have a technical qualification in graphic arts, supplemented by training in adult supervision (BFFA-M1, MSP, social worker or equivalent title).You have perfect mastery of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and are comfortable with shooting, both in photography and video. Rigorous, organized, and efficient, you carry out your missions with professionalism. You are also able to manage projects while respecting deadlines.
