Your Mission

• Comprehensive assistance and advice to national and international corporate clients, as well as their owners and management in the field of financing (bilateral credit lines, syndicated loans, mortgage financing, guarantees, documentary credit operations, etc.) and investments (cash management, currency hedging, securities investments, pension fund management, etc.)
• Identifying client needs and proactively proposing solutions, actively using specialists (tandem) within the bank to develop side-business
• Reviewing credit applications and structuring financing requests
• Acquiring new clients

Your Profile

With a solid banking education (university, higher education or CFC) ideally complemented by an SAQ certification in SMEs or CCoB, you have proven experience in commercial financing (SMEs) and are able to identify and prospect new clients through your entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the Neuchâtel socio-economic fabric. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, a good sense of initiative and a developed sense of responsibility. You are a positive and communicative person who places great importance on teamwork. A native French speaker, you also have good knowledge of English (B2) and German (B2).
