As a key member of the Corporate Finance & Investment Management team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting various business units and subsidiaries within the international group. Working under the guidance of Corporate Finance and Investment Managers, you will contribute to Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Planning, Management Reporting, and facilitate seamless collaboration between different business units and the headquarters to enhance overall performance. Additionally, you may be involved in exciting M&A activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):**

* Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans.
* Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights.



**Business Planning:**

* Collaborate with business units and subsidiaries to facilitate strategic business planning.
* Assist in the formulation and implementation of effective business strategies.



**Management Reporting:**

* Generate and present management reports to communicate financial performance.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting for informed decision-making.



**Coordination Between Business Units/Companies:**

* Act as a liaison between various business units and the headquarters.
* Foster collaboration to enhance overall performance across the organization.



**Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):**

* Participate in M&A activities as needed, contributing to due diligence and analysis.
* Support the integration of acquired entities into the corporate structure.



**International Exposure:**

* Gain exposure to international transactions, environments, and cultures.
* Navigate complexities associated with a global organization.



**Excel Modeling:**

* Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using Excel.
* Ensure accuracy and reliability in financial forecasting and analysis.



**Accounting Principles:**

* Apply a solid understanding of accounting principles to financial analysis and reporting.
* Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure consistency.



**Company Valuation Techniques:**

* Utilize knowledge of company valuation techniques to assess business worth.
* Provide insights for strategic decision-making based on valuation analysis.

## Description du profil ##

**Experience:**

* 2-3 years of strong financial analysis expertise
* Demanding environments such as management consulting, investment banking/M&A, transaction services, or Big 4 valuation teams



**Skills:**

* Proficiency in Excel modeling
* Good grasp of accounting principles
* Knowledge of company valuation techniques
