As part of its development, one of our clients, a family office based in Vésenaz, has mandated us to recruit a "Corporate Lawyer or Legal Counsel" to strengthen its legal team. This position requires full-time on-site presence.

Our client offers a role composed of varied tasks within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, in an international, human-scale, empowering and stable work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation cases
• Conduct research, analysis, drafting and/or review of files, as well as legal compliance governed by Swiss law and/or foreign law
• Work in partnership with the entire legal department, coordinate case progress with external law firms and attend hearings if necessary,
• Drafting and reviewing various contracts, mainly in corporate and real estate law
• Various compliance tasks.

Desired Profile

• Complete legal education with experience gained in Switzerland
• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1)
• Excellent writing skills in both languages
• Knowledge of market finance is a real plus
