Equity Specialist - 6-month assignment at 100%Job descriptionOn behalf of our client, a leading private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an Equity Specialist available for a 6-month temporary assignment at 100%, to cover a leave within a specialized team of six people integrated into a larger department of seventeen. You will play a key role in the processing and monitoring of corporate actions on assets (equities, structured products, etc.). You will work in a demanding and dynamic environment, requiring rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage significant volumes of activity.Main missions- Analyze and process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions received via SWIFT, Telekurs, or any other medium- Ensure the monitoring of corporate actions for all asset classes (equities, structured products, etc.)- Prepare and transmit corporate actions to client management teams- Process instructions for voluntary events and transmit them to the relevant custodians- Perform reconciliations related to corporate actions- Ensure file follow-up and resolve issues related to corporate actions with internal and external contacts- Perform securities and cash reconciliations within the framework of various corporate actions- Participate in various tasks related to the department's activityWe are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:- Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the field of corporate actions- Excellent knowledge of corporate actions and their processing- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel- Good knowledge of the T24 Globus system, an asset- Fluent command of French and English, both oral and written- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage periods of high activity- Rigorous, conscientious, and quality-oriented person- Ability to work autonomously while fostering team spirit- Sense of responsiveness and excellent file follow-up jid9dee999aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
