On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will represent the local site in the deployment of the BIM methodology within the group.
• You will manage BIM coordination activities: planning, monitoring deliverables and project reporting.
• You will assess internal skills and organise the necessary training for the development of BIM knowledge.
• You will collaborate with IT teams to implement suitable collaboration platforms.
• You will lead BIM coordination meetings and ensure the follow-up of milestones, quality audits and technical reviews.
• You will coordinate the digital planning of building projects while ensuring interfaces with other technical disciplines.

Your profile:

• You hold a federal diploma of vocational education and training (CFC) as a building draughtsman and a BIM Coordinator certification.
• You have a proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years on BIM projects with Autodesk tools (notably Revit).
• Knowledge in another HVACSE technique is an asset.
• You are able to structure, analyse and coordinate complex projects independently.
• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
