We are supporting our client, a renowned watch manufacturer, in their search for a Back Office Boutique & Sales Support professional to strengthen the teams of a boutique located in the heart of Geneva, as part of a long-term temporary assignment.You will work in a demanding and refined environment, where rigor, a sense of service, and excellence are essential to the smooth running of operations.ResponsibilitiesWithin the boutique, you will be a true support to the sales teams and functions, with the following main missions:- Manage client files and ensure compliance control of transactions.- Assist Sales Advisors in processing requests and resolving issues or system errors.- Control and ensure the monitoring of payments (cash, transfers, credit cards).- Guarantee the proper maintenance of the cash register and inventory management in compliance with internal procedures.- Ensure the processing and tracking of client shipments in dedicated systems.- Produce daily reports (sales figures, cash register, inventory).- Update tracking related to payments, client balances, and inventory.- Respond to internal and external requests (phone, emails) with an excellent level of service.- Participate in daily management and internal flows.Profile- CFC commercial employee diploma or equivalent qualification.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in a retail, luxury, or high-end hospitality environment.- Very good command of MS Office tools.- Experience with an ERP, ideally SAP, and a CRM system is an advantage.- Excellent rigor and attention to detail.- High sense of service, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset.- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.- Discretion, integrity, and respect for procedures.- Excellent command of French and a good level of English, both oral and written.Interested?We look forward to receiving your complete application. jid8a92fefaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
