Your mission
- Within the kitchen, you develop and prepare homemade snacking and finger-food dishes according to a concept combining "Health and Well-being".
- You are responsible for the proper management of goods and stock at the point of sale.
- Compliance with internal HACCP standards.
- You demonstrate leadership and convey an exemplary attitude due to your professionalism. You maintain healthy daily communication with the various departments and their staff.
Your profile
- You are available to work during the week and at weekends.
- You have proven experience in snacking, finger-food, street-food…
- You are proficient in French.
- You are versatile and appreciate working at a sustained pace.

Your mission
- Production of dishes and preparation for service.
- Arranging cold buffets ensuring the quality of visual appearance.
- Anticipate and ensure rapid replenishment of cold and hot buffets during service.
- Grill service; taking orders, preparing the cooking of various dishes offered to customers including meats and fish: being attentive to customers, advising if necessary.
- Guarantee a "premium" service to our customers.
- Ensure permanent customer satisfaction and impeccable reception.
- Respect internal and legal hygiene directives and prescriptions (HACCP).
Your profile
- Desired experience as a confirmed cook in an establishment of the same category and in traditional or buffet catering.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen rules and techniques.
- Perfect command of French.
- Good knowledge of hygiene (HACCP) and safety rules.
- You are versatile and appreciate working at a sustained pace.
