• Preparation and setting up of daily menus and the small menu
• Creation of weekly menu cards
• 05:00 to 14:30 from Tuesday to Friday
• 04:00 to 13:00 on Saturday

• Federal VET Diploma or several years of experience
• Autonomous
• Good team spirit and initiative
• Native French speaker or C1 level
