As part of its catering service, Terre Vaudoise is looking for an: Experienced cook / chef de partie for catering (M/F) Your tasks:Prepare and set up the kitchen and pastry for cateringCook during events in our pop-up restaurantsControl the delivery and storage of goodsClean and maintain machines and utensilsApply and adapt hygiene standards (HACCP) and general safety and ensure compliance Collaborate in the management and necessary preparations for eventsYour profile:You hold a vocational diploma or equivalent and are familiar with HACCP standards. You know about local Vaud products (a plus) and speak French fluently.
